Jason Baker owns Just-Ink-Tees and started screen printing in 2013 out of his garage. He originally created T-shirts for friends, family, and local schools. The business started growing after reaching out to sales reps at leading promotional product and marketing organizations like Proforma and LogoSpeed. A few years later, it outgrew his garage, and he added more employees, embroidery, DTF, laser engraving, and warehousing.
In 2017, his brother, Mike Baker, joined him, and they created a second company, The Baker Warehouse. Since 2020, they have been creating and manufacturing trophies and supplying banners and pins for national dance companies and competitions.
After further growth, they now have 120,000 square feet of decorating space and warehouse storage that includes 70 employees, 86 TAJIMA embroidery heads, ten color M&R press, 18 color M&R press, an M&R dryer of 20 feet of heat, an M&R DTF machine used to print transfers in-house. JIT also uses a Hotronix dual fusion heat press to apply the transfers to garments.
Both companies are family-owned, share the same warehouse, and live in the same small town as their companies. The employees also live and work in Jamestown and are committed to creating excellent products and services for our customers.
